Exchange Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him from the store within seven days following the date of receiving the product only if it is (a defect or manufacturing defect) from us and not the type of fabric mentioned below the product nor the size requested by you. If the size is not suitable from us, it will only be replaced. He has the right to replace the product after the seven days have passed.

2- To replace the product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In the international replacement, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, if it has no defect and its size is correct.

Return Policy:

(No refund) because the product is custom made and not ready-made.

Application period:

It may range from two days to two weeks. The period may increase in case of high demand.

Products:

Accessories for the product are not mandatory if they are available in the store and are not included in the product price.

There is no modification or change to the design.

Once payment is made, you agree to and abide by all policies.
